As a lifelong resident of South Orange County, Nick Brown was born and raised in the beautiful seaside city of Laguna Beach. He loves calling Southern California home and is always looking for opportunities to share his insider knowledge with clients.

Nick knows that it is essential to recognize that luxury home buyers are not just buying a house, they are buying a lifestyle and a truly unique lifestyle at that.

His Real Estate career started in residential home finance with Synergy Capital Mortgage Corp. - a consumer direct mortgage banking operation with over 1 billion in funded loans volume. After obtaining his CA Broker’s license, he worked as a managing broker for a Mortgage Holding Company, selling the company’s inventory of REO’s and short sales nationwide. The firm closes over 500 homes yearly, with Nick’s numbers continuing to grow from there.

Nick’s main goal is to further his vision and territory while driving the market forward through his use of innovations in technology, marketing, and market analysis. These are the reasons why Nick has joined in with The Oppenheim Group with their expansion into the OC market.

As a former high school and collegiate track athlete and basketball player, Nick enjoys staying active by participating in activities such as basketball, backpacking, volunteering, mountain biking, and of course going to the beach. He is committed to giving back and volunteering to organizations and assisting in the development of youths.
