About Davina Potratz
As a Broker and Director of the New Development Division of The Oppenheim Group, Davina brings over a decade of experience as a highly accomplished leader in real estate development sales. Throughout her career, Davina has secured property sales in excess of over half a billion dollars and served as an international sales and marketing consultant at several branded and marquee luxury developments.
Originally from Germany, Davina attended the International School of Hamburg and after graduating with her International Baccalaureate, traded in the cold weather to attend Pepperdine University in Malibu.
With a personal passion for real estate, architecture, and aesthetics, coupled with a communications background, Davina used her gift of relationships with various International clientele to develop a highly successful real estate career that began in 2006. Her experience includes having worked with several prestigious developers throughout Los Angeles, including The Ritz-Carlton Residences at LA Live (AEG), The Residences at W Hollywood, The Carlyle on Wilshire, 432 N Oakhurst, 460 Palm (both in Beverly Hills) and Azzurra in Marina del Rey amongst others.
Davina has an outstanding, proven record of sales achievements. In December 2008, in the midst of a challenging economy, she contracted the most expensive condominium ever sold in downtown Los Angeles. Recently, she single-handedly sold out two luxury projects in Beverly Hills for record prices per sq. ft.
Davina has also traveled all over the world to attend property shows, including the Middle East, and has an in-depth understanding of the market and how this best serves her clients, including investors.
Her transactions have been featured in The Real Deal, LA Times, CurbedLA, Dubai Shows radio and Bravo’s, Million Dollar Listing. Davina is also a member of Top Agent Network, representing the top 10% agents in the market.
Davina is a dedicated and highly motivated individual with a reputation for consistently going beyond what is required while using exceptionally high standards to achieve results. Her experience, communication skills, and attention to detail demonstrate an ability to satisfy client needs that build rewarding business relationships and close deals.
Previous to her career in real estate, Davina was signed under the Ford Model Agency for over ten years, living in London, Milan, and New York. She has traveled to more than 40 countries, speaks fluent German, loves art, culture, and beach volleyball.
